Setting Your Price
Every product has a base price set by the seller. You can list both free and paid products.
Free products are useful for open-source tools, demo versions, or starter templates. Toggle is_free to On when listing. Free products go through the standard approval process and appear in search results.
Discount System
Web3.Market includes a built-in discount system for time-limited promotions without changing your base price.
Discount Fields

When a discount is active, the marketplace displays the original price with a strikethrough, the discounted price, a percentage badge, and the promotion date range.
The system automatically activates and deactivates discounts based on the current date.
Leave discount_starts_at and discount_ends_at empty to keep a discount active indefinitely.
Platform Fees
Web3.Market charges a 15% platform commission on each sale. This fee covers payment processing, infrastructure, marketplace operations, and buyer support.

For a product priced at $100:

The commission is calculated on the final sale price (after any active discounts). For example, if your $100 product is on sale for $70:
