Managing Orders
Your complete order history is available at web3.market/purchases. Orders are listed in reverse chronological order, each showing the order number, date, payment status, total amount, and products included.
Order Statuses
| Status | Color | Description | Action |

| Pending | Yellow | Awaiting payment. Transaction not yet detected. | Complete payment. For NOWPayments, ensure the exact amount was sent to the correct address. |
| Processing | Blue | Payment detected, awaiting confirmations. | Wait a few minutes for blockchain confirmations. |
| Completed | Green | Payment confirmed. Products available for download. | Download your products. |
| Failed | Red | Payment failed or reverted. | Place a new order. Contact support if you believe this is an error. |
| Expired | Red | Payment window expired before funds were received. | Place a new order. Cart items are preserved. |
The download button only appears on orders with a Completed payment status.
Payment Status Tracking
During checkout, the platform provides real-time status updates:
- Solana / Ethereum wallets: The platform monitors the blockchain and updates the UI automatically when confirmed.
- NOWPayments: The platform polls status every 4 seconds and displays live updates (Waiting, Pending, Confirming, Confirmed, Completed).
After leaving checkout, check status anytime on the Purchases page.
Order Details
Each order card contains:
- Order Number — Format:
ORD-XXXXX-XXXXX. Use this when contacting support. - Order Date — Displayed in your local timezone.
- Payment Status Badge — Color-coded status indicator.
- Total Amount — Displayed in USDT.
- Product Items — Thumbnail, title, tagline, quantity, price, and download button (for completed orders).
- Transaction Info (completed orders) — Payment provider, subtotal, fees, discounts, and total paid.
Keep your order number accessible for support requests and refund inquiries.
Pending Orders
Pending orders are highlighted on the checkout page with a banner showing order numbers, amounts, and creation times. Previous pending orders do not block new purchases.
Cashback
Successful orders earn 10% cashback credited instantly to your USDT account balance. Use your balance for future purchases by selecting the USDT Balance payment method at checkout.
