Managing Orders & Delivery
How orders work on Web3.Market, from purchase through delivery and withdrawal.
Incoming Orders
When a buyer purchases your product, payment is processed via the selected crypto method. Once confirmed on-chain, the order status updates to Completed — the buyer gets immediate download access and your earnings are credited to your seller balance. If payment fails or expires, the order is marked Failed with no delivery or earnings.
All payment confirmations and deliveries happen automatically. You do not need to manually approve or fulfill orders.
Order Fulfillment
Delivery is automatic. When payment confirms:
- The order is marked as completed
- The buyer can download the product ZIP from their purchases page
- If licensing is enabled, a license key is generated and provided to the buyer
Keep your product ZIP file up to date. Updated files go through the pending file review process before replacing the live version.
Tracking Payments and Revenue
Each order in your dashboard shows:

| Seller Revenue | Your earnings after platform commission |
| Platform Fee | Commission amount taken by Web3.Market |

Revenue formula:
Seller Revenue = Sale Price x 0.85Seller Earnings and Platform Commission
Web3.Market applies a 15% platform commission to each sale. The remaining 85% is your seller earnings.
Example for a $80 product sale:

Earnings are credited immediately upon payment confirmation with no holding period.
Withdrawal System
Submit a withdrawal request from your seller dashboard.

Admin Processing
A Web3.Market administrator reviews and processes the request, executes the blockchain transaction, and records the transaction hash.
Withdrawal Completed
You receive a transaction hash and block explorer link. Your balance updates to reflect the withdrawal.
Withdrawal Status

| Pending | Awaiting admin review |
| Processing | Admin has started processing |
| Completed | Funds sent to your wallet |
| Rejected | Rejected (admin notes will explain why) |
Double-check your wallet address and network before submitting. Funds sent to an incorrect address or wrong network cannot be recovered.
Payout Best Practices
Verify your wallet address matches across your seller application and withdrawal request. Consolidate withdrawals to minimize network fees.
