Creating an Account
Web3.Market offers three ways to create an account: email authentication, social login, and wallet-based authentication. You can link additional sign-in methods later.
Browsing is available without an account. Sign-up is required for purchases, listings, and dashboard access.
Sign-Up Methods
Email authentication uses a magic link or OTP — no password required.
Enter Your Email
Go to web3.market, click Sign Up, and enter your email address. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your inbox.
Enter the Verification Code
Enter the code on the verification screen and click Verify.
Complete Your Profile
Choose a username, optionally upload an avatar, and click Save.
Profile Setup
After creating your account, customize your profile in Profile Settings:
- Username — Public display name (must be unique)
- Avatar — JPG, PNG, or WebP, max 2 MB
- Bio — Short description visible on your public profile
- Email — Required for receipts, notifications, and seller payouts
- Connected Wallets — Link MetaMask or Phantom for crypto payments
You can link multiple sign-in methods to a single account. For example, sign up with Google and later connect a MetaMask wallet for crypto payments.
