Downloading Products
After completing a purchase, your products are available for download immediately from your dashboard.
Accessing Purchased Products
Confirm Your Order is Complete
Downloads are available once the payment status is Completed:

Check your order status on the Purchases page.
Navigate to My Purchases
Access your downloads at web3.market/purchases or web3.market/orders for a detailed order-by-order view.
Click Download
Each completed order displays a Download button next to every product. The file opens in a new browser tab.
If you do not see a Download button, verify that the order status shows Completed. The button will not appear until payment is confirmed.
Download Behavior
When you click Download, the platform generates a secure, temporary URL for the file. Ensure pop-up blocking is disabled for web3.market, since downloads open in a new tab.
Re-downloading Products
You can re-download any purchased product at any time with no limits.
- Download links never expire as long as the product is on the platform.
- Each click generates a fresh secure URL.
- If the seller updates the product after your purchase, re-downloading provides the latest version.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Download button not appearing | Verify order status is Completed. Wait a few minutes if payment was recent. |
| Download link not working | Disable pop-up blockers for web3.market. Try a different browser. |
| File appears corrupted | Re-download. If the issue persists, contact support with your order number. |
| Payment completed but no download | Wait up to 15 minutes for confirmations. Contact support if still Pending after 30 minutes. |
| Need an older version | Contact the seller directly. Downloads always provide the latest version. |
